SuperEnalotto Winners
The prizes of SuperEnalotto are won in various ways: there is the individual player from Lazio who wins the entire jackpot, the systemic ticket based in Milan, or one of the approximately 25,000 participants in each drawing who win a prize for guessing the SuperStar. This page contains statistics on SuperEnalotto winners and shows in which regions of Italy the jackpot has been won the most times.

The lowest, highest, and average number of winners are calculated based on the results from the draws held between 07/07/2023 and 09/09/2025.
Campania, home to Naples, Sorrento, and Pompeii, is the luckiest region in SuperEnalotto, although it ranks third in terms of population. The largest prize ever won in Campania is 101.5 million euros.
Lazio, the region of the capital city, ranks second in terms of total jackpot winners, but the largest prize ever won in this region doesn't even make the top 20 of the highest ever awarded. This was 44.3 million euros won in Montopoli di Sabina during the drawing on September 29, 1999.
In third place is Emilia Romagna, the sixth most populous region in Italy. A player from Parma was one of the winners of the fourth highest jackpot ever: they took home half of 139 million euros in February 2010.
Although Lombardy is only eighth in the overall ranking of the luckiest regions in SuperEnalotto, it holds the record for the highest SuperEnalotto jackpot ever – which is also the richest ever won in Europe. A single ticket purchased in Lodi won a record-breaking 209.1 million euros on August 13, 2019, after a series of 178 empty draws.
The previous record for the highest SuperEnalotto jackpot ever won belonged to a ticket based in Milan. It was a system shared across 70 shares, purchased in 38 municipalities across Italy. The 177.7 million euro jackpot was won on October 30, 2010, but this win doesn't count for Lombardy in the statistics because the shares of the system were distributed in various parts of the country.
